How to Receive CE Credit from IVECCS 2022

In-Person Sessions:

To receive CE Credit, attendees are responsible for scanning themselves into each session using the bar code on their badge. iPad scanners will be stationed outside of each room, so attendees must be sure to scan their badge as they enter each session room. Attendees do not need to scan as they exit the session. VECCS will not provide transcripts of attended sessions, so it is recommended that attendees utilize the session log found at the back of the IVECCS program.

After the event, VECCS will compile each attendees’ scans for a max total of 39 RACE Approved CE hours. VECCS will report these totals to AAVSB using CE Broker in the weeks following the conference. AAVSB uses a program called RACEtrack that connects with CE Broker to display attendees earned CE within their MyAAVSB account. Click here to create your MyAAVSB account.

IVECCS, via EventPower, will send attendees a certificate of attendance by email shortly after the conference. This certificate will not include total CE hours and is intended for self-reporting purposes. Again, it is the attendee’s responsibility to scan into each session and to keep a log of attended sessions. Once again, VECCS does not provide attendance records or transcripts.

In-person attendees will be able to view which sessions they have been scanned into, in real time, in their registration portal. This link can be found in the registration confirmation email. Once in the portal, scroll down to the very bottom and on the left-hand side is a section called “Session Attendance”. If attendees have questions regarding their scans, they can visit us on-site at the registration desk or email [email protected]

Attendees may need to self-report to their state/provincial licensing board or employer. For self-reporting purposes, attendees will need to either create a free MyAAVSB account to view their earned CE credits or use the Certificate of Attendance and Session Log provided by VECCS.

Virtual Sessions:

IVECCS 2022 offers up to 86 hours of RACE Approved Virtual CE that will be available On-Demand through October 11th, 2022. Attendees must complete and pass the quiz at the end of each session to receive CE Credit. VECCS will report earned CE totals to AAVSB using CE Broker in the month of November 2022. AAVSB uses a program called RACEtrack that connects with CE Broker to display attendees earned CE within their MyAAVSB account. Click here to create your MyAAVSB account.

Virtual Attendees will receive a certificate of attendance by email shortly after the on-demand sessions have closed. This certificate will not include total earned CE hours and is intended for self-reporting purposes. It is the attendee’s responsibility to keep a log of viewed sessions. VECCS does not provide attendance records or transcripts.

Attendees may need to self-report to their state/provincial licensing board or employer. For self-reporting purposes, attendees will need to either create a free MyAAVSB account to view their earned CE credits or use the Certificate of Attendance and Session Log provided by VECCS.
