IVECCS CE Credit Information

How to Receive CE Credit

CE credits earned at IVECCS will be reported in two separate CE categories, live and on-demand. Attendees will receive two CE certificates, one for live CE hours and one for on-demand CE hours. CE certificates will include total CE hours earned and a list of sessions attended. To view earned CE credits, login to the IVECCS CE Tracker using the email and confirmation number associated with the registration. *Please note: Earned CE credits will be available to view in the IVECCS CE Tracker the next day. Partial CE credit will be awarded for in-person sessions based on the amount of time spent in the session room.

In-person attendees can earn up to 43 live CE hours. Virtual attendees can earn up to 26 live CE hours. All attendees will have access to 92 non-interactive CE hours on-demand through October 11th, 2024.

As attendees enter and exit session rooms at IVECCS, their badge will be automatically scanned using RFID technology. IVECCS uses these scans to award CE credit. Attendees must wear their badge at all times and ensure they are in the session room for the entire session in order to receive full CE credit. Partial CE credit is available for those interested in attending concurrent sessions in-person. CE credits will be awarded based on the following increments set by RACE:

50-60 minutes = 1 CE credit
25-49 minutes = .50 CE credit
15-24 minutes = .25 CE credit

For all workshops and labs, a room monitor will be stationed outside of the session room to scan your badge. A wristband will be required for re-entry to MDR sessions.

To view the live streamed sessions and receive CE credit, attendees must be logged in to their My Show Planner in a browser and add the session. Sessions are not available for live stream viewing through the IVECCS appClick here to view the list of sessions available virtually.
