How to Receive CE Credit from IVECCS 2022

In-Person Sessions:

To receive CE Credit, attendees are responsible to scan themselves into each session using the bar code on your badge. iPad scanners will be stationed outside of each room, so please be sure to scan your badge as you enter the session room. You do not need to scan as you exit.

After the event, VECCS will compile each attendees’ scans for a max total of 39 CE hours (pending RACE approval). These totals will be submitted directly to CE Broker (https://cebroker.com/) in the weeks following the conference. Attendees can view their earned CE hours by logging in with a free account to CE Broker with their license number. We recommend that attendees create their CE Broker account before the conference so that they can be notified by CE Broker when a new record is updated.

If CE Broker does not report to your state/province, you can self-report as has been done in the past, using the Certificate of Attendance and Session Log. You can find the Session Log in the Program. The Certificate of Attendance will be emailed to you after the show.

Attendees will receive a certificate of attendance by email shortly after the conference. This certificate will not include total CE hours and is mainly intended for self-reporting purposes. It is the attendee’s responsibility to scan into each session and to keep a log of attended sessions. VECCS does not provide attendance records or transcripts.

In-person attendees will be able to view which sessions they have been scanned into in real time at the show in their registration portal. This link can be found in the registration confirmation email. Once in the portal, scroll down to the very bottom and on the left-hand side is a section called “Session Attendance”. If you have questions regarding your scans, please visit us on-site at the registration desk or email [email protected].

For any self-reporting purposes, attendees must use the Certificate of Attendance and VECCS session log.

Virtual Sessions:

IVECCS 2022 offers up to 86 hours of Virtual CE (pending RACE approval) that will be available On-Demand through October 11th, 2022. Viewers must complete and pass the quiz at the end of each session in order to receive CE Credit. Earned Virtual CE hours will be submitted to CE Broker (https://cebroker.com/)  in November 2022. Attendees can view their earned CE hours by logging in with a free account to CE Broker with their license number. We recommend that attendees create their CE Broker account before the conference so that they can be notified by CE Broker when a new record is updated.

Virtual Attendees will receive a certificate of attendance by email after the on-demand sessions have closed. This certificate will not include total earned CE hours and is mainly intended for self-reporting purposes. It is the attendee’s responsibility to keep a log of viewed sessions. VECCS does not provide attendance records or transcripts.
